This privacy policy (this “Policy”) explains how Personal Information is collected, used, and disclosed by Cennarium America LLC, (“Cennarium” or “we”). This Policy applies to consumer users (individually referred to as “User” or “you”) of, our mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, our “Sites”). This Policy constitutes the integral part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”). Any capitalized terms undefined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms.
Other third parties, such as the third-parties which may provide you with Gift Cards or Promotional Codes may also collect, use, and share information about you. This Policy does not cover such third parties or their services. For information about such third parties’ privacy practices, please consult with them directly.
Cennarium may update or revise this Policy from time to time. You agree that you will review this Policy periodically. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a modified version of this Policy, but accepting this Policy, as modified, is required for you to continue using our Sites and Services. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy or any modified version of this Policy, your sole recourse is to terminate your use of our Sites and Services.

What information do we collect?

“Personal Information” is information that could potentially identify an individual. We collect your Personal Information in various ways when you use our Sites. For example, we collect the information we ask you to provide, i.e. your name, last name, e-mail address, billing information, and other information you provide on our Sites. We may also collect, store and display all the User Content you share on the Sites.
When you visit our Sites, some information is automatically collected. For example, when you visit our Sites, we may automatically collect your location, computer operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our Sites.
We also may collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites using, among others, “cookies” and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files that may have unique identifiers and reside, among other places, on your computer or mobile device, in e-mails we send to you, and on our web pages. Among other things, cookies help us improve our Sites and your experience and enjoyment of the Content. We use cookies to see which areas and features of our Sites are popular and to count visits to our Sites and we may use them in connection with remarketing pixels to reach you with our advertisement campaigns.

How do we use the information we collect?

We use this information to, among other things, provide the functionality and improve the quality of our Sites, personalize your experience with Services and improve the quality and expand our Content database.
We use Personal Information collected through our Sites for the purposes described in this Policy or disclosed to you on our Sites or otherwise in connection with our Services. For example, we may use your information to provide you with Services, register your Account, enable you to purchase Content via Pay-As-You-Go and/or the Subscription Plan model, manage your Subscription Plans, operate and improve our Sites and Services, better understand you and your preferences to enhance, personalize, and customize your experience and enjoyment using our Sites and Services, such as understanding your history of Content selection to make recommendations about other Content you may like, display relevant advertising, conduct marketing campaigns, respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service, send you information relating to our Services and Content, and support and administrative messages, communicate with you about offers, promotions, rewards, and other news about Services offered by Cennarium, our subsidiaries, affiliates and our other selected partners, authenticate your credit or debit card account information, and protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

How do we share your information?

We may share the information described in the preceding section called “How do we use the information we collect?” with third parties for the purpose of technical management of the Services, Subscription Plans and memberships, to track critical retention metrics, as well as for the purpose of performing marketing campaigns for Cennarium.
We may also consolidate and anonymize the data described in the section called “How do we use the information we collect?” into reports that may be sold to commercial third parties including performing art producers.

Payment Card Information

We may require your credit or debit card account information to provide you with certain Services through our Sites, such as to enable you to purchase items under the Pay-As-You-Go model or purchase Subscription Plans. By submitting your credit or debit card account information through our Sites, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with third-party payment processors, third parties that process online payments and provide technical, fraud prevention and banking infrastructure.
When you use a credit or debit card to make a purchase through our Sites, we provide your credit or debit card account information (including card number and expiration date, but excluding the CVV number) to our third-party payment service providers to process your payments. We do not store any credit or debit card information ourselves. However, these third parties may store your credit or debit card account information in accordance with their privacy policies which you should familiarize yourself with.

Information You Share Socially

Our Sites may allow you to connect and share your actions, comments, content, and information publicly by posting User Content.
Please be mindful of your personal privacy needs and the privacy needs of others as you choose what to share and make public as we cannot control the privacy or security of such information.

Sharing with Others

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties other than as described above and as follows:
We may share Personal Information with our affiliates, third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who work for us. We may share your credit or debit card account information with third parties as described in the section called “Payment Card Information” above.
We share Personal Information with third parties who provide services to us, such as data collection, reporting, ad response measurement, and site analytics, as well as assistance with delivery of relevant marketing messages and advertisements. These third parties may view, edit, or set their own cookies. We may also share Personal Information with independents third parties for the purpose of providing you with advertising materials of their services or products that may be targeted toward your interests. We and our third-party service providers, advertisers, and/or partners may also place web beacons for these third parties. The use of these technologies by these third parties is subject to their own privacy policies and is not covered by this Policy.
We may disclose your Personal Information to comply with laws and to respond to lawful requests and legal process, to protect the rights and property of Cennarium, our agents and customers, and others, including to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use, and in an emergency to protect the personal safety of Cennarium, its customers, or any person.
We may disclose or transfer your Personal Information to a third party if we sell, transfer, divest, or disclose all or a portion of our business or assets to another company in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, transaction, or proceeding.
We may share aggregate statistical data for the improvement of services offered by our Sites. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information with third parties in our discretion, including to third party analytics sites in order to receive reports regarding our user base as a whole.

Security of Your Personal Information.

Cennarium takes reasonable steps to help protect your Personal Information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. When your credit or debit card account information is being transmitted to our Sites or through our Sites, it will be protected by encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
To be clear, Cennarium does not itself store your credit or debit card account information, and we do not have direct control over or responsibility for your credit or debit card account information. Our contracts with third parties that receive your credit or debit card account information require them to keep it secure and confidential.
Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that transmissions of your credit or debit card account information or Personal Information will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat the security measures taken by Cennarium or our third-party service providers.
You play an important role in keeping your Personal Information secure and you should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your Account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Your Information Choices and Changes

You may opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from Cennarium by following the instructions in those e-mails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional e-mails, such as e-mails about your account or our ongoing business relations. You may also send requests about your contact preferences or changes to your information, including requests to opt out of sharing your Personal Information with third parties, to our contact information below.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Sites.
