The Friends of the Friends
Description
A woman is seduced by the idea of introducing two friends who had the same experience: at a young age, they both saw the ghosts of their parents as they died. The meeting is postponed several times, until they start coming up with reasons to sabotage the meeting. Based on the text “The Friends of the Friends”, the play relates to British writer Henry James’ ghost stories and proposes the following question: why do we sometimes avoid the confrontations we seek?
