Till, the journey of a crooked hero
Description
One day, in eternity, Devil makes a bet with God: if some qualities were to be removed from man, they would fall into perdition. God accepts the challenge and decides to bring Till’s soul to the world. The play is set in the Middle Ages and, living in a wretched Germany, populated with grotesque characters and crooks, the leading character is, right from the beginning, abandoned in the midst of cold and hunger and quickly realizes that the only way to survive is to become even smarter and more deceitful than others around him. And so begins his journey, full of commotions and trickery.
